‎2013 Reunion HOA/Recreation Fees-The following information outlines the increases for each of the respective monthly charges.

REMINDER:
Maintenance/Staining of Fences: Regular physical and aesthetic maintenance of fencing is required. Fences not finished by the Builder or Developer may be left natural, sealed with a clear waterproof sealant, or finished using KWAL Woodcraft Exterior Semi-transparant Stain, Product #8609, Color: Cedar. Any other types of stains will result in fines.
